I have been dealing with the guy's over at MyFax.com. I spoke with Ellis Anderson, and he helped me out tremendously. He even set me up the first month at no charge to make sure the service worked for me. Once I got set up, he also gave me his direct contact info, it was very nice to deal with a sales guy that still believes customer service still counts.
